I jogged/ brisk walked for a few more rounds after that which tallied up the duration for my run to be around 40 minutes, with the hope of slowly reaching that 1 hour mark. And my knee hurts man.

I don’t have an official medical record for this pain in my right knee but I’ve been through enough exercises to know that there is something wrong with it. I can’t do as many squat reps anymore, sometimes stopping at the first rep. SBJs are limited too due to the impact on the knees upon landing.

Hopefully my runs are not affected by it. Maybe it’s mind over body thing.
